Quickspin to Join the Live Gaming Space with Big Bad Wolf Live

Quickspin, a Swedish-based game studio, recently announced via a press release that the company would venture into the live casino market. The famous online slots developer envisions joining this highly competitive market dominated by Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, and Ezugi by the end of June 2023.

With that said, Big Bad Wolf Live will be the first live title by the Playtech-owned company to hit the best live online casinos in 2023. Quickspin said it aims to launch a new live Quickspin game every three months afterwards.

This new product range from the supplier will be available under Quickspin Live. The company says this will help differentiate its live casino games from its core product, Quickspin Slots.

The press release also says the company aims to explore new opportunities by creating novel products persistently, venturing into new markets, and offering more players the Quickspin gaming experience. Quickspin feels that forming Quickspin Live and joining the live casino area is the logical choice considering the state-of-the-art technology at its disposal via the Playtech Group.

Commenting on the latest development, Panagiotis Chryssovitsanos, Quickspin’s CEO, said that when Quickspin was founded 11 years ago, the aim was to bring something new and creative into the market. However, the official noted that the gaming industry has evolved in terms of the games and players. 

The CEO further noted that the company is now entering an era of gaming where the biggest player bases grew up with the internet and social gaming. Chryssovitsanos said that these players grew up with unlimited access to phones and the web and are accustomed to playing games and interacting with one another digitally. 

"We see this as our opportunity to talk directly to that generation of players. Our ambition is to provide them with high quality, entertainment-first games that they can play and enjoy together," he concluded.
